A delightful fusion of Asian dumplings and Italian lasagna, rich with flavors and creamy layers.

Ingredients

  • Asian dumplings
  • Soy sauce
  • Fresh vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, carrots)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Lasagna noodles
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Green onions
  • Sesame oil
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the aromatics: Heat sesame oil and add onion, garlic, and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Cook the fresh vegetables until just tender; add soy sauce and pepper.
  4. Begin layering: In a baking dish, layer dumplings, vegetable mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella.
  5. Continue building layers with lasagna noodles and finish with mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Make it beautiful by garnishing with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, use vegetable-based dumplings. Feel free to swap out vegetables or add chili sauce for extra kick.
