  • 1 cup cooked green peas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 slices of bread (whole grain or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mash the cooked green peas lightly in another bowl.
  4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto the toasted bread.
