  • Lemon juice (optional)
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., cherry tomatoes, radishes, feta cheese, microgreens)

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices to your desired crispiness.
  2. Prepare the avocados by cutting them in half, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into a bowl.
  3. Mash the avocados with a fork, adding salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado generously onto the toasted bread slices.
  5. Add your choice of toppings, such as halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced radishes, crumbled feta cheese, or microgreens.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftover mashed avocado can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge. To prevent browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface before sealing.
