A delightful combination of creamy brie, sweet blueberries, and a gentle kick from jalapeños, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 jalapeños, halved and seeded
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Bacon bits (optional)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds.
  3. Mix the fresh blueberries with the honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the creamy brie cheese, then top with the blueberry mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet with a little space in between.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the brie has melted.
  7. Garnish your poppers with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

These poppers can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
