Delicious, bite-sized yogurt clusters combining Greek yogurt and fresh blueberries for a quick and healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granola (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Fold in the blueberries, keeping them intact.
  3. Add the granola and chopped nuts if desired, for extra crunch.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to create small mounds.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, until the clusters are frozen solid.
  6. Transfer the clusters to an airtight container for storage in the freezer.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creaminess; optional to mix in different fruits or flavorings.
