  • 4 slices of thick bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, bourbon, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
