A refreshing bowl of Chili Lime Shrimp Ceviche that captures the essence of spring with vibrant flavors and tender shrimp.

  • 1 pound tender shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 12 fresh chili peppers, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the shrimp and lime juice in a bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes until the shrimp turns opaque.
