A rich and indulgent Chocolate Peanut Butter Poke Cake, perfect for any occasion with a creamy peanut butter filling and a luscious chocolate fudge drizzle.

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Chocolate shavings or Reese’s pieces for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with grease and flour.
  2. Mix the chocolate cake mix with eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
  5. Poke holes in the top of the cake using a wooden spoon.
  6. Combine the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth, then pour over the cake.
  7. Drizzle the chocolate fudge sauce over the cake.
  8. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Spread whipped topping over the cake, and garnish with chocolate shavings or Reese’s pieces before serving.

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and allow proper cooling time for the cake.
