  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Maple syrup (for serving)
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the cinnamon roll package instructions or to 350°F.
  2. Slice the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter until melted.
  5. Dip each piece of cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Place the soaked cinnamon roll bites onto the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup and optionally sprinkled with powdered sugar.
