  • 2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well until evenly combined.
  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Flatten the Bread: Take each slice of bread and gently flatten it using a rolling pin or your hands.
