Ingredients

  • Flaky pastry
  • Cream cheese
  • Whipped cream
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Hot pepper jelly
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the flaky pastry package instructions.
  2. Roll out the flaky pastry and cut it into small rounds.
  3. Press each round gently into mini muffin tins.
  4. Pop the filled tins into the oven and bake until golden brown.
  5. Mix together the cream cheese and whipped cream until smooth.
  6. Fill each pastry cup with the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spoon cranberry sauce onto each cup and drizzle with hot pepper jelly.
  8. Add fresh herbs on top for garnish if desired.
  9. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
