A comforting dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a rich, creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally or pound them to an even thickness.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden, about 4–5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and lower the heat, add butter and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to deglaze the skillet, then add Parmesan cheese and simmer until thickened.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 2–3 minutes.

Notes

Pairs well with garlic mashed potatoes or a fresh green salad. Adjust creaminess with chicken broth if desired.
