A sumptuous yet simple dish featuring tender chicken breasts enveloped in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Coat the chicken in the creamy sauce.
  7. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream and reduce the cheese slightly.
