Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups roasted potatoes

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, thyme, and rosemary, cooking for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
  8. Serve with roasted potatoes and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure your chicken breasts are of even thickness for uniform cooking. Fresh herbs can be added for a burst of freshness.
