Ingredients

  • Ravioli (preferably mushroom-flavored)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Tomato sauce
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Steak (such as ribeye or sirloin)
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions (typically 4-5 minutes) in salted water.
  2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add tomato sauce and heavy cream to the skillet with garlic; stir to combine.
  4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, then add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
