A comforting and creamy pasta dish with ground beef and melting Velveeta cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz bow tie pasta
  • 1 block (16 oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart while cooking. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the cubed Velveeta and milk, cooking until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
