Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Beat the eggs in another bowl until frothy, then add in the milk and melted butter.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until the batter is smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, tilting it to spread evenly.
  6. Cook until the edges are set and the bottom is lightly golden, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Flip the crepe carefully using a spatula, cooking the other side for another minute.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as necessary.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
