Deliciously crispy chicken coated with Parmesan cheese and tangy dill pickles, perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat each piece of marinated chicken generously in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Sauté the coated chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  6. Serve the chicken hot, ideally with sides like coleslaw or salad.

Notes

For an extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes instead of regular breadcrumbs.
