Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture by combining cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Spread the Cream Cheese Mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Add the fresh blueberries over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Roll Up each tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling is securely tucked inside.
  6. Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Prepare for Baking or Air Frying by placing the roll-ups on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
