Delicious and fluffy blueberry muffins, perfect for breakfast or as a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the fresh blueberries with a spatula.
  6. Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Pop the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  8. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
