Light and tender pancakes perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even dinner. Easy to make and perfect for sharing with loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined; do not overmix.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Using about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake, pour it onto your skillet.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave or toaster.
