Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. Whisk Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix together the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Bring It All Together: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
  4. Preheat the Skillet: Heat a skillet over medium heat, lightly greasing it with butter or oil.
  5. Pour the Batter: For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet.
  6. Flip and Cook: Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown.
