Ingredients

  • Soft bread (like brioche or challah)
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Butter
  • Maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cut the soft bread into cubes.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  4. Fold in the bread cubes until they are thoroughly soaked.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
