Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  2. Create the garlic butter by melting the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Sear the chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board for a few minutes before slicing it.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it with the garlic butter.
  7. Serve the pasta on plates, topping it with sliced chicken, garnished with fresh parsley and Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove with a splash of chicken broth.
