Ingredients

  • Pork loin or shoulder
  • Maple syrup
  • Dijon mustard
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Warm spices (e.g., cinnamon, nutmeg)
  • Apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Create the glaze by mixing maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, and warm spices in a bowl.
  3. Rub the pork with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the pork in a baking dish and pour the glaze over it, ensuring it’s well coated.
  5. Bake for about 90 to 120 minutes, basting occasionally until cooked through.
  6. Let the pork rest for a few minutes before slicing.
