A quick and delicious breakfast featuring creamy avocado and grated hard-boiled eggs atop toasted bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast your bread to perfection until golden brown.
  2. Prepare the avocado by mashing it with a fork, adding salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
  3. Grate the hard-boiled eggs either with a box grater or in a food processor.
  4. Assemble the toast by spreading the avocado mash generously over each slice.
