  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Cooked rice or quinoa for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Prepare the broccoli by steaming or blanching until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Make the creamy sauce by combining Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  6. Assemble the bowls with cooked rice or quinoa, topped with grilled chicken, broccoli, and drizzle with creamy sauce.

Notes
