A delightful and creamy salad made with fresh tropical fruits and a cheesecake mix, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grab a large mixing bowl and let that cream cheese warm up a bit.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl with the softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until you get a luscious mixture.
  4. Toss in the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, diced kiwi, and raspberries. Mix until coated.
  5. Spoon the fruit salad into a bowl or cups, then cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled to friends and family.

Notes

For added sweetness, try adding a splash of coconut milk or sweetened coconut flakes.
