1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine the shredded chicken, cauliflower florets, Greek yogurt, cheese, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if using.
