  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

  6. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
