A delightful treat combining sweet Medjool dates, creamy ricotta, and crunchy pistachios.

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup pistachios (chopped)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Medjool dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
  3. Combine ricotta cheese, honey, and sea salt in a bowl; stir until smooth.
  4. Stuff each date generously with the ricotta mixture.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top of the stuffed dates.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Great with a glass of dessert wine or herbal tea.
