A rich and warm treat combining the classic flavors of hot chocolate in a fudge form, perfect for winter gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
  3. Sift in the cocoa powder and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Fold in the mini marshmallows until slightly melted into the fudge mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan, spreading evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until set.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy your homemade fudge!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months separated by parchment paper.
