  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, blending just until combined.
  6. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool the cookies completely on a wire rack.
  9. Mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth for the glaze.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cookies.
