A creamy and spicy cheese ball blended with jalapeños, cheddar, and crispy bacon, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (for coating)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Use a spatula or fork to mix until well combined.
  3. Once your mixture is blended, form it into a ball shape using your hands.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
  5. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a serving platter.
  7. Serve with an array of crackers or crisp vegetables for dipping.

Notes

Can be made ahead of time, store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
