  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
