  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine the marinade: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey or sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Marinate the chicken: Marinate the chicken breasts in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your cooking vessel: Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the chicken: Cook the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side on the grill, or 20-25 minutes in the oven.
