Delicious oven-baked dumplings filled with seasoned ground meat and vibrant vegetables, served with a rich peanut sauce.

Ingredients

  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Ground meat (pork, chicken, or tofu)
  • Chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage, green onions)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Peanut butter
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Ginger (grated)
  • Water
  • Sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the ground meat with the chopped vegetables, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Fill a dumpling wrapper with a spoonful of the mixture and seal tightly.
  4. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and water to create a smooth peanut sauce.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil over the dumplings.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with peanut sauce for dipping.

Notes
