Delightful oven-baked dumplings filled with a savory mixture of ground meat and served with a rich peanut sauce.

Ingredients

  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Ground meat (chicken, pork, or tofu)
  • Green onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Peanut butter
  • Soy sauce (for sauce)
  • Rice vinegar
  • Honey or sugar
  • Water
  • Chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix the ground meat with chopped green onions, minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil until evenly combined.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling on each dumpling wrapper, then fold and seal tightly.
  4. Arrange the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, water, and chili flakes to make the peanut sauce.
  7. Serve the baked dumplings hot with the peanut sauce on the side.
