A rich and creamy peanut butter cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.
  5. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream until well incorporated.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  9. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
