A creamy fudge that captures the classic flavors of pineapple upside down cake with silky sweetness and fruity bursts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
  2. Combine with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  3. Add the crushed pineapple and chopped maraschino cherries, folding gently.
  4. Thicken the mixture by gradually adding powdered sugar until it reaches a thick consistency.
  5. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  6. Chill the fudge mixture in the dish for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for longer storage.
