  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cookie dough (egg-free)
  • 1 cup pink chocolate melts or candy coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini cake pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture, mixing well.
  4. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool the mini cakes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  8. Top each mini cake with cookie dough.
  9. Melt the pink chocolate melts until smooth.
  10. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each mini cake.
