Delightful crab-stuffed mushrooms that are perfect for gatherings, combining crab meat, cream cheese, and herbs for a savory appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 8 ounces crab meat, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the crab mixture generously into each mushroom cap.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Pop into the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Once done, let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These mushrooms pair well with white wine and make for a great appetizer at any gathering. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
