Warm, gooey biscuit melts stuffed with shrimp and crab in a creamy filling, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare the biscuits by opening the can and flattening each biscuit.
  4. Stuff each biscuit with a spoonful of the seafood mixture, folding and sealing the edges securely.
  5. Arrange the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Top each biscuit with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
