A delicious and quick Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich featuring cream cheese, fresh vegetables, and savory smoked salmon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Bagels
  • 4 oz Smoked salmon
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 1/2 Red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce or arugula
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the Bagels
  2. Spread Cream Cheese Generously
  3. Layer with Smoked Salmon
  4. Add Fresh Vegetables
  5. Sprinkle with Capers, Salt, and Pepper
  6. Top with the other half of the bagel and serve immediately
