Delightful muffins combining the flavors of s’mores and chocolate chip cookies, perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack.

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallows.
  6. Divide the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before serving.
