A delicious and healthy spinach feta stuffed chicken dish that transforms an ordinary meal into a culinary masterpiece.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika in a bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, ensuring not to slice through completely.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture.
  5. Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to crisp the top.
  9. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
