Delicious and fluffy strawberry cinnamon rolls, perfect for a cozy brunch or sweet treat.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Flour your surface and roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped strawberries.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log, then cut it into equal-sized rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of milk to create a smooth glaze.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over your warm rolls before serving.
