A refreshing and delicious dessert that combines fresh strawberries with a creamy filling and a crunchy pretzel crust, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix well, then press into a baking dish to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely.
  3. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until fluffy.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
