  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Tenderizing the Chicken Breasts: Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness.
  2. Marinating the Chicken: Mix the buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheating: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat oil in a pan for frying.
