Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Whisk together the melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool slightly before serving.
